Welcome to our second and third grade classroom!

My name is Sherry Knutt and this is my first year at Cowern Elementary.  I have been teaching for twenty years.  For the past ten years, District 622 has been my home.  I am excited to make the move from the middle school back to the elementary classroom.

Our second and third graders will be engaged in activities that will enhance their learning in all curricular areas.  I am extremely excited to have a SMARTboard in my classroom to bring many concepts to life.  The students are amazed at what the SMARTboard can offer and that translates into enthusiastic learners.
